Gott nytt år, jag har varit lite inaktiv då jag har skadat mig och åkt på en inflammation i nacken. Så det blir vila några dagar till, sen HOPPAS jag att jag ska kunna träna söndagen den 5:e!

Happy new year, I've been somewhat inactive, due to an injury/inflammation. Wrest up for a few days, then HOPEFULLY I'll get to train on Sunday the 5th!

Sitter och jobbar på en filmtrailer till Amuletten! Så inom en snar framtid hoppas vi på att den är klar! White Bridges Films.

I'm working on a movie trailer for my short film "The Amulet" (original title: Amuletten), and we're hoping it'll be done in the near future.

I love diggin' in the crates for old vinyl records, especially when I find 60's & 70's soul records, or some nice old school hip-hop LP's with Run-DMC.

Today I'm just gonna sit down and keep editing a digital short film called "Amuletten" (translation: The Amulet), ofc me and my homie Mike Adams (Astro Kidz) will sit down and score the music for the film later on..

I attended a Muay Thai training-seminar at the club (Silverstaden) yesterday with champion Sanny Dahlbeck. It was hella fun and 4 & a half hours of thaiboxing training. Props to Sanny and the whole club.
